Positive: Amazing property, very considerate neighbors who share driveway. Beds were comfy home was stunning and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood we would have been the noisy ones up until about 7pm - then we went to our event at papa mos. We live out of town but are from Mount Maunganui so it was lovely to have our own spot instead of staying with whānau for the night.
Negative: Lock box location is inconvenient. - I would have hated to arrive late / raining and have to navigate my way around a new property I’d never been too. Lucky for us it was mid day and sunny. Just a note for future?
Summary: Overall amazing. Beautiful home thank you.

Positive: Comfortable and quiet really loved the house
Negative: Sensor lights weren’t switched on so had to use phones to see where to go and to find the lockbox. The lockbox is not under shelter so if it’s raining you’re stuck spinning numbers getting wet. The code for lock box was incorrect too so check in was dark and we got soaked as did our bags.

Positive: Very clean and well decorated house, comfortable beds and well positioned. Everything we needed was there for our short stay.
Negative: Perhaps some instructions left for guests on the little things like wifi connection/password and garage door/bins would have been useful.

Positive: Thank you we and our Aiga, family had a wonderful stay. You made us feel welcome, the accommodation was amazing it fulfilled all our needs which was great as we fall into different age groups. The shops, eateries, beach and Baywave (especially important due to my son participating in the Pasifika and Maori Waterpolo Tournament) were all within easy access and location. Papamoa, Tauranga and staying in your home was EXCELLENT, thank you!

Positive: Lovely, functional and reasonably modern, clean and tidy well cared for holiday house with lots of great features and nice touches inside and out. Happy with our stay overall and suited our needs well as a family. Beach and shops, cafes and pub an easy 5–8-minute walk and a brand-new supermarket built plus more cafes, food outlets etc. just a few minutes away.
Negative: Shared driveway blocked twice by next door with their multiple vehicles at times; some other Neighbours over the back partying at night then letting off fireworks 5am Christmas morning. Not much that this property could control (granted), but note houses are very tight together in this area.
Summary: Happy with our stay overall and suited our needs well as a family
